Project Background

An industrial park in Xi'an needs to simultaneously complete its power distribution system, building installation, and water, electricity, and heating supporting works for the expansion of its production and office areas. The project schedule is tight with extensive cross-operation, and the client hopes to choose a local power engineering company capable of coordinating design, construction, and acceptance to reduce multi-party coordination costs.

The project difficulty lies in: the park cannot experience prolonged power outages or work stoppages, all construction must be advanced in phases without affecting existing production, and the safe and stable connection between the old and new power systems must be ensured.

Design and Construction Plan

After the project was launched, the Yuanda Electric team first surveyed the existing power load and pipeline conditions of the park, and combined with the electricity demand of the expansion area to formulate a phased and zoned power transmission and transformation construction plan. The plan takes into account both near-term production commencement and subsequent capacity expansion, avoiding repeated renovations.

In terms of construction organization, we adopt a combination of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, arrange the key processes that affect production during nighttime and non-production hours, and ensure coordination among the building installation, water, electrical and heating, and power transmission and transformation disciplines through daily safety briefings and progress coordination meetings.

Construction Process

The power distribution part uses equipment and cables that comply with national standards, and all key nodes enter the next process only after passing third-party inspection. Building installation and water, electrical and heating construction strictly implement civilized construction site requirements, with on-site materials stored in zones and construction waste promptly removed.

The decoration and landscaping part is advanced in parallel with the main project without affecting the functional use, so that the park can be put into use immediately upon delivery, with the overall environment coordinated and unified.

Project Results

The project was completed and delivered according to the contractually agreed schedule, the power distribution system was successfully energized on the first attempt, the building installation and water, electrical and heating projects all passed acceptance, and safe construction with zero accidents was achieved. The park expansion area was put into use on schedule, and the client recognized the construction organization and project quality.
