Energy Storage Cabinet
This energy storage cabinet integrates a 100kW bidirectional energy storage converter, approximately 232kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, EMS&BMS monitoring, 8kW water-cooled air conditioner, and pack-level fire suppression into a single cabinet. After connecting to a 0.4kV AC bus, it can complete charging, discharging, and bidirectional energy flow. The battery section uses 3.2V/280Ah cells, the module is 1P52S, the battery cluster is 260 series/832V, and the total capacity is approximately 232kWh. EMS and BMS are responsible for operating strategy and battery status monitoring, the water-cooling system controls the temperature inside the cabinet, and the pack-level fire suppression uses perfluorohexanone extinguishing agent. It is aimed at energy storage system integration project parties and power dispatch and energy management project parties, and is suitable for 0.4kV-side energy storage projects that require grid-connected and off-grid bidirectional operation. Photovoltaic Intelligent Integrated Prefabricated Cabin
The photovoltaic intelligent integrated prefabricated cabin is used for the centralized integration of electrical equipment in photovoltaic power stations, integrating primary equipment, secondary equipment, and auxiliary systems into the prefabricated cabin body, achieving standardized, modular, and rapid deployment. The product is mainly aimed at smart substation construction units and power grid engineering project parties, and can be used for centralized photovoltaic power stations, distributed photovoltaic projects, new energy booster stations, and photovoltaic-storage integrated projects. After completing cabin body fabrication, panel cabinet assembly, wiring, and commissioning at the factory, we transport the entire unit to the site. On site, only overall positioning and necessary connections are required, thereby reducing the amount of on-site secondary wiring, simplifying construction and commissioning steps, helping projects shorten the construction cycle, and also facilitating subsequent inspection and maintenance. Cabin body dimensions, equipment layout, primary system, secondary protection, communication, temperature control, fire protection, and appearance can all be customized according to project requirements. You are welcome to contact us to confirm the configuration and commercial terms.
