FBG Displacement Sensor
The FBG displacement sensor uses a fiber Bragg grating as its sensitive element and measures wavelength signals rather than electrical signals, so it can still operate in strong electromagnetic fields and nuclear radiation environments. The Fibot-D-01 has a measurement range of 100 mm, a resolution of 0.1% F.S., an accuracy of 0.5% F.S., a center wavelength covering 1510 to 1590 nm, and is paired with a 3 mm armored optical cable. The all-metal packaging and built-in temperature compensation make it easier to install and maintain in outdoor or long-term monitoring scenarios, and the reusable sensing unit also reduces spare parts pressure during multi-point deployment. In addition to the standard range, we support customization of other displacement ranges. Capillary FBG High-Temperature Sensor
This sensor uses a capillary tube as its packaging carrier, is internally equipped with a quartz or sapphire FBG element, and its substrate is made of stainless steel or a high-temperature alloy. The quartz FBG version is suitable for -40 to 1000°C, the sapphire FBG version is suitable for -40 to 1500°C, the temperature sensitivity is about 10 pm/°C, the temperature drift is ±1.0°C, and the center wavelength is within the range of 1510 to 1590 nm. The standard size is φ1 mm×1 m, and other lengths can be customized. The overall structure is compact and can be fixed to high-temperature components by welding or bonding, making it suitable for industrial sites that require long-term monitoring or multiple measurements. If you are evaluating whether it is suitable for your equipment or project, you are welcome to contact us and provide the temperature measurement range, installation method, and required length, and we will assist in confirming the configuration.
